The original small deck needed replacing due to general wear and tear, but the homeowner was looking for more space to utilize and bring life to the front of the home. We built a custom deck adding some skirting to dress it up and custom clear awning from General Awnings. The homeowner wanted to be able to sit on the front deck under the awning with her dog, especially if it rained.
